NOTICE: INVITATION TO BID

SCOPE OF WORK:
The project consists of constructing an approximate 975 square foot addition to the Hurst Conference Center.

The addition will contain offices.

PRE-BID DATE AND LOCATION:
For the purpose of reviewing the proposed project, schedule,

and answering questions, a pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 pm, July 23, 2024 in the

meeting room next to the office suite, at the Hurst Conference Center, 1601 Campus Drive, Hurst, Texas.

This meeting will be open to representatives of all General Contractors and major subcontractors.

BID-DATE & LOCATION:
Completed bids for the Hurst Conference Center Addition, Bid #24-011, will be received in the

Office of the Risk/Purchasing Director, City Hall, 1505 Precinct Line Road, Hurst, Texas 76054 or

through electronic submission via PublicPurchase.com until the bid submission deadline, 2:00 PM

on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid

responses received after the closing time and date will be returned to the sender unopened. Faxed

or emailed responses are not considered sealed and cannot be accepted.
