SCOPE OF WORK:

Org 280 – Anne Frank Elementary School

1. Pathways for card readers and cameras
2. Provide front secure vestibule
3. Replace main building CTP built up roof with modified bitumen
4. Replace exterior waterproofing joints
5. Replace fire alarm system, includes main building, all portable buildings, and Early Childhood Center
6. Provide exterior lighting controls
7. Replacement of exterior lights with LED Light Fixtures
8. Replacement of Public Address System, includes main building, all portable buildings, and Early Childhood Center
9. Provide and replace MDF/IDF air conditioning
10. Replacement of floor finishes and bases
11. Replacement of gymnasium basketball goals rim/net, basketball backboard pads and wall pads
12. Provide interior lighting controls
13. Replace interior lights with LED Fixtures in main building only
14. Refurbishment of existing marquee with new digital display, power, and data
15. New roof top units, air handlers, split systems, and exhaust systems
16. Replacement of existing 240 ton-water cooled chiller with (2) 200-ton air cooled chillers
17. Replacement of existing private exterior domestic water, exterior sanitary sewer line and sanitary sewer line within the crawlspace of the main building
18. Replacement of sanitary grease piping in kitchen space
19. Replacement of drinking fountains with bottle fillers
20. Hose bibbs replacement with new frost proof hose bibbs
21. Exterior retaining wall

PRE-BID-DATE & LOCATION:

A pre-proposal meeting will be held via Google Meet at 10:00 AM on Tuesday February 04, 2025 for all interested parties. This meeting is not mandatory, but information discussed will be extremely helpful in preparation of the proposal.

All general contractors and sub-contractors are encouraged to attend this meeting. Contractors will meet A/E(s) and PM at the school to start the site tour. The following is the schedule for the site tour:

BID-DATE & LOCATION:

All Construction Services procurements must be physically delivered to the Construction Services office, at the Linus D. Wright Dallas ISD Administration Building 9400 North Central Expressway, Suite 800 Dallas, TX 75231. (Call 972.925.7200 for directions). Delivery to other locations will result in rejection of a CSP.

Completed CSP Package Part 1-A, 1-B and 1-C are due on Wednesday, 3/05/2025 at 2:00 PM (local time).

Completed CSP Package Part 2 is due on Thursday, 3/06/2025 at 3:00 PM (local time).

Any materials received after the respective closing dates / times will not be considered.
The District will open and read the names of the proposers and prices submitted in responsive CSPs beginning at 3:00 P.M. local time upon submittal of Part 2 of the Package, via Google Meet.
